H.E. Governor Wavinya Ndeti launched the 2024 Machakos County Draft Valuation Roll at the Machakos International Conference Centre, a historic milestone as the first such initiative since the advent of devolution in the county.
This comprehensive dataset will promote equity in property valuation and enhance the accuracy and fairness of property assessments. Importantly, it is expected to significantly boost county revenue, thereby improving budgetary allocations to support ongoing and future development initiatives.
